As a passionate lifelong learner, I never want to settle at my current level of knowledge. My physical &amp; mental wellness enables me to live these values every single day.</image:caption>

Exercise coupled with clean meals keeps my energy high, my brain firing, and my smile fully intact.</image:caption>
